Thanks, i'm getting used to it!

Still not had much chance to take any pics in good light although i shot a a few today and they were i'd say half a stop to a stop underexposed or rather the blacks were to filled in and dark. A bit weird, the camera was pretty much on standard settings except i flicked it onto landscape picture style. I'll try again tomorrow on standard picture style.

Hi folks!

All going well with the 30D but i was just wondering how do you check the shutter actuations?
I'd like to see for myself if possible.

the newer canon's you cannot. you would have to send to canon and they would charge you.
