Only update is they had it for 21 days. Made no contact with me whatsoever on what, if anything was being done. A Canon Support Advocate was handling the issue and come to find out she was on vacation a week of that time. Still though Canon Irvine had it for 21 days and didnt really need her. I finally told them shove it and send the camera back so I can sell it while it still has some warranty time left. Im done with Canon.

Man it goes from bad to worse with poor service thrown into the mix..... Nikon D3x is it, or just a D300s?
