Default Nissin Di622: Would you recommend this for my XS?

I am not a professional photographer, and am just looking to buy an external flash that I can use occasionally for indoor shooting (maybe 3-4 times a year) with my XS. I was going to buy a 270ex as this is the only model within my budget, but, then I ran into Nissin Di622. I have read nothing but positive reviews about this flash unit plus it offers more features than 270ex. What do you guys say? I can buy a brand new one from Buy.com for about $139.

Update (an hour later):
Well, I ordered it! It should be here in about a week. I will test it out and let you guys know.

i wasn't really familiar with this model until your post.

but after doing some reading it seems to be quite compatible with all ettl features and will even fire as either an optical slave or via infrared (i.e. with 550ex/etc as master sending signal)

and with full tilt and swivel, not bad for the price.

They are popular in Asia, it is not a bad flash. Very close in performance to the canon and metz 36.

From some of the results I saw on my last trip to asia. This flash performs quite well. Think it will serve you well. Looking forward to seeing some test photos.
