Default Why 7D Peripheral Illumination Correction not available for all EF lenses

I just noticed that in Canon 7D, "Peripheral Illumination Correction" data is not available for all the EF lenses, e.g:
It is available for Canon EF 24-105mm f/4 L IS
but
It is not available for Canon EF 100-400 f/4.5-5.6 L IS
Does anyone know why?

Download the lastest version of EOS Utility and install. With camera connected launch EOS Utility, click on Camera settings/Remote shooting....it's in the Shooting menu and here you will see Peripheral Illumination Correction click on it and you will find the lineup of lenses loaded on the camera. You are only allowed so many so choose what you use and uncheck the rest. If the lens is not listed its not supported but you will find that pretty much every canon lens is in there.

there are new lenses, that the updated eos utility can add to the camera, you can only keep 40 lens profile on the camera.

I already know that PIC is available in EOS Utility but my question was not about PIC being in EOS Utility ... I am talking about PIC in 7D

And I was telling you how to get it available on the 7D.

The utility is needed to change the camera profile, it may not be loaded on the camera and the utility is used to load it.

You asked why it wasnt there, its not there because it isnt loaded. To load it you need to update to the latest utility then connect to the camera and load what you need on the camera. Please refer to previous post.

I owe you an apology ... sorry didn't do it earlier as I hadn't seen your post and also haven't been to the forum for the past several months.
Just wanted to sorry and that your suggestion worked.
Best regards
