Default Got my new camera today:-) Now with the first few pics!

Today I finally bought my new camera. I have sold all my Nikon equipment and got myself a Canon EOS 50D with batterygrip, 32gb Sandisk Extreme, and a Canon 50mm f1,8 lens.

I was originally going to buy a 7D but it was a bit expensive for me right now.

Now Im going to save up for some lenses and an external flash.

I havent had the time to really try it yet, but tomorrow I sure will

Best regards/Daniel

Congrats! I have the same setup, with a 580EX II and some more lenses, and I love it. I too was looking at the 7D as well as the T2i, with the 5D MKII being on my Wish list

Looking forward to some pics!

Thaks Billy!

Well, the feel of the camera is really amazing compared to the Nikon D5000 I just sold.

I think I will love this camera as soon as I learn it. Its a bit different than the Nikon D5000.

I will try to get some shots tomorrow and hopefully some good ones to post

Best regards/Daniel

Congrats. Unless you have enough money for a L lens, don't forget to try the 15-85 mm. It's a superb nicely priced lens.

I will buy the 85mm f1,8 by the end of this month. Then Im going to save up for the 70-200 f4 L IS USM and then the 17-40 f4 L.
Then I will be really happy for a while

Best regards/Daniel
