Default Canon EOS 50D High ISO

Just wanted to share a few high ISO shots with the 50D, concidering many people says the ISO capabilities with the 50D is so bad.

The pictures arenīt anything special. Just wanted to try high ISO.

First a pic at ISO 6400 without noice reduction.

Then a pic at ISO 6400 with some noice reduction.

Then some pics with ISO 12800 which is the highest ISO on the 50D. All with some noice reduction.

wow
at high ISO pretty darn good
i was thinking of the 50D then got the 7D
wondering if i should keep the 7D or get a good used 50D, at least 300-400 bucks cheaper, then i can use my fuji hs10 for video
right now i plan to sell my fuji hs10 and rebel xsi so that i can keep the 7D
oh decisions decisions when you dont have the extra $$$$
nice shooting dsp
cheers all

the fuji is easier to use for video, the 7D will give better results, but you will have to MF.

But the 7D is cleaner at high iso then the 50D. Or you have a third option get a 60D, it has better audio control for video.
