Default DOF question

not sure if this makes sense but what sort of settings would I have to use on a crop camera to get the same sort of background blur as that on a a FF camera at F4 at 200mm

The background Blur will be the same shooting @200mm (In Cropped this should be 125mm).

Or if you are shooting at 200mm in cropped sensor(1.6) you should be shooting at 320mm in FF. When you compare the pictures the bokeh will be the same.

Now the difference will be the FOV between the FF and the cropped sensor.

The DOF calculator will give an idea how it differs between the 7D and the 5D
