Default Spot AF and AF point Expansion are Disabled

I am a Canon 7d User and I am facing a issue.

In 7d there are total 5 AF point selections i.e.

1) Manual Select Single Point AF
2) Manual Select Zone AF
3) Auto Select : 19 Point AF
4) Manual Select : Spot AF
5) Manual Select: AF Point Expansion

The option 4th and option 5th are disabled in my camera and I am unable to select it. I have checked it in both Auto and Manual Mode with two different lenses.

Can anyone guide me that how to enable these options?:

In Menu C. Fn III-06, you can enable or disable those 2 additional AF modes. These modes will work in P, Tv and Av modes.

1. Access Custom functions via Menu button. Chose Custom Function III-06 and press SET.
2. Chose Register to activate/deactivate modes. Press SET. Rotate the Quick Control Dial to Register and press SET.
3.Select/Deselect modes to be used pressing SET to chek the box or tu unmark a box already checked.
4.Confirm your selection. Chose Apply.
