Default Shutter count

Hi all,
I notice over some posts people mention their camera's shutter count.
I have a 450D and cannot for the life of me find it.

Is it simply trolling through the menu's or is there a specific spot.

You can't find the shutter count without the software that only authorized techs can get.
  • The lens is the thing.
  • 'Full Frame' is the new 'Medium Format'.
