Default Direct Linking to Here?

Somewhat off topic but here it is. I just upgraded to the Platinum version of clubphoto.com, only to find out they won't direct link to this board. They can only directl link to medium resolution photos that are posted, regardless of what the original size is. Just another $18 wasted. Oh well, buy high/sell low is my motto!

I've been trying in vain to locate a good web based photo sharing site that I can upload my photos to, can be acessed by friends and relatives who can then view the photo in whatever size (pixels) I uploaded it as, and finally link to this board. I've got some questions about the focusing of my 300D and I can't figure out where to link to put up cropped samples.

When I upload the cropped sample to clubphoto, they will only display it at a reduced resolution, not 100%.

Thanks everyone, I get tons of good info from here. gary

The best one that I know is pbase.com. I don't use it (I am getting space from a friend) but you should give it a serious look.

They explicitly state that you can do direct linking from any where. I believe they even tell you how to do it

I use pbase.com and think its great. I admitt i have only started using it but i love its simplicity. Its not too expensive at 23 dollars a year.

I use pbase, and really like it. They have their stuff together in a very useable interface, and they have something like 16 million photos!
