Just got my 20 D yesterday and I'm really having a good time with it. As some of you may have read in other threads I am a newbie at digital photography and acquired my first camera, an S1 IS less than 3 months ago. Feeling that I've outgrown that powershot(which I gave to my wife), I decided to leap into the DSLR bandwagon. It takes some getting used to as I've never handled SLR's before but after reading the manual and a dozen or so test shots, one realizes that the controls are reallywell placed and manipulating them becomes second nature.

Coming from an S1 IS, I'm really amazed at the speed of this camera's AF, precise metering, 5 fps capability, relatively noise free pictures even at high ISO's and a whole lot more. The only thing that I currently wish for and hope to buy in the coming months is a faster lens. I bought the kit with the 18-55mm lens and it really holds backthis camera's real potential:-)

A few early pics shot with my new toy:-)I still have a lot to learn but I do love this camera!!
