I am considering buying an EOS 20D. I have a laptop PC with a very small hard disk. I need to know how much disk space the Canon supplied software requires. I already have Adobe Photoshop elements, so I want info about the other Canon software.

I just went and got properties on my Program Files/Canon directory. It reported:
38,252,544 bytes.

I did have the 10D, so I might have some extra stuff left over from that. So it might be less. (Of course, it also might have installed some into c:\Windows, so who knows?)

I wouldn't worry too much about the program- look at how much space your photos will take up !

My Canon directory is 31mb.
