I have two raw image programs, one is DPP, it came with the 20d, and the other is 2.4 plug in with adobe photoshop CS. Has anyone used both of these, and found one to be better than the other????? I'm new to converting raw images and I want to start with the program I'm most likly to stick with:!:

Have both you mentioned. Not a big fan of either. Alternatives are Capture One or the new Raw Essentials Pro. Both are good but I give the edge to RSE. It's a free download from corel.com and it does a superb job in conversions. Works with most image editing programs including Photoshop CS. Give it a try, I don' think you'll be sorry you did. Really quick doing conversions and very user friendly. Cheers!

Course if you had to choose between DPP and PS-CS , I'd go with PS-CS.
