I have thousands of Soccer pictures taken with the Bigma and 20D at the address below. I know you requested pictures from the 300D, but I don't know any reason why the results would be any different. I have been more than pleased with the performance of the Bigma when used with both a 10D and 20D. Of course it is a very heavy lens and not made to be handheld (all of my soccer shots are with monopod) and the AF is a tad slower than my 70-200 L, but for soccer games on large fields it outperforms anything I know of.

I can't show you any pictures (I don't have the lens) but I know a few people that have it and they like it a lot.

I bet if you search on the lens on www.pbase.com (a rather good picture gallery hosting site) I bet you'll find loads of pictures with that lens.

cheers Dave , Eric

I have looked on Pbase and Photosig I haven't noticed any with the 300D but perhaps I haven't been looking hard enough, I'll try again.

I know the lens looks good I just wanted some 300D shots to confirm my thoughts.

Thanks again

Mart.

Here are a few examples of the Bigma and my 300D/Digital Rebel. These were shot in RAW mode and converted in CS2. I did apply some USM also.

Hope these help.
