I am getting a four month one Canon G6 for 350$. Is this a good deal.

that is very good deal if you ask me.. they go 500-550 new...

I bought a used G5 for about that much to convert to infrared. So it seems you got a good deal. Are all the accesories included (battery, software, cables etc?) and is it guaranteed to be fully functional?
