I have a 20D which I have now had for over a year. I am starting to find that, if I don't use a button for a while, it seems to stick - almost as if the lubrication has gone "gooey"

This is most noticeable with the DOF preview button which won't move more than a gnats whisker and just operates the iris blades - sometimes it turns them in and won't release them.

If I had got it second hand, I would have said someone had thrown Orange juice over it - but it was new a year ago and no one else has touched it.
So, has anyone else seen this ? And does anyone have a solution ?

Never heard that one before, here or any other forum. Hopefully you still have a warranty on the camera.
