Hi--
I currently own the original 35mm Canon Rebel. I have two off-brand lenses. Does anyone know if the lenses that fit on my film Rebel will also fit on a Rebel XT? I really don't want to get any extra lenses if I don't have to:-) Thanks

without knowing what lenses you have it would be impossible to know. Chances are though, if they are older lenses they may not have the electronics to communicate with your XT. Some older sigma lenses can be re-chipped to make them work, but really need to know what you have.
