Default Sigma 430ST and the 10D

Can anyone tell me if my Sigma 430ST will work fully with the 10D, with full E-TTL?

My 430ST has a cool zoom feature, I can't find info on that being supported on the 10D. (I don't know where to look).

Kind Regards,

Eric

It won't be fully compatible...no E-TTL or anything. You can use it in manual mode...there's a variant out now for digital SLRs called the
EF-500 DG ST and the EF-500 DG Super...both are relatively cheap...I've seen a DG Super as low as 160 dollars. I'd go with that if possible...I use a 500 Super (non-DG) version for my Pentax film body, and it's great.
