I have a Rebel XT/350 I have always had the parameter settings for contrast, sharpness, and color tone bumped up one setting with good results straight out of the camera after some PP great results:G

The past couple of series of shots I had the parameters settings all at standard(neutral) and the out of the camera shots seemed sharper and better color than before.

I do shot in JPEG format.

I was just wondering what Parameter settings do all of you use and if anyone else has noticed this :-?

Thanks in advance

JPEGs are nice and all (for their size), but from personal experience, once you shoot RAW, you never go back. Yeah they take up more space, but the quality difference is HUGE. Also, you can change all the parameters AFTER you take the shot. Is that not worth shooting RAW for that reason alone?Plus, 16 bits/channel vs. 8. Nuff said.
