Default Weight issue with L lenses on the EOS-M

I have tried to use the EF-24-105mm and the17-40mm on the EOS-M and find that the camera is not balanced with the heavy lens on. With the 17-40mm on, the camera doesn't feel that bad. It really feels awkward with the 24-105mm on, it is way too heavy. EF-S lenses (18-55mm and 55-250mm) work the best as far as feeling comfortable in my hands. Of course, the IQ is much better with the EF L lenses.

Canon EOS T3i, 7D and 70D EF 17-40mm f/4L, EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5.6, Sigma 18-250mm f/3.5-6.3 DC OS HSM, 430 EXII Flash.

Thought that might be the case, we are only planning on using the 18-55mm STM and the 22mm STM lenses. We bought the EOS-M for a small carry around camera when our DSLR would just not suite our needs.
Comments always welcome.
