I just sold my 70-200mm F4L non IS and purchased the 70-300mm F/4-5.6 L IS lens. I Am still running it through it's paces, but have found that the IS alone on the lens will make it worth the upgrade for my purposes. I have been amazed by the clarity, detail and color this lens provides so far.
