Default desperate for some advice

After spending forever I finally finished my calculations. Based on a week of shooting this is my break down:

pictures taken at 18mm: (270 times)

Pictures taken at 21mm: (45 times)

Pictures taken at 22-27mm: (128 times) High at 25, everything even

Pictures taken at 28-35mm: (125 times) High at 30 & 34, everything even

Pictures taken at 37-40mm: (70 times) High at 37mm & 40mm

Pictures taken at 41-54mm: (65 times) All even

Pictures taken at 55mm: (125 times)

Based on the above I'm thinking about returning my $400 canon 100mm prime and invest in a tamron 19-35mm tamron, sigma 28-70mm F2.8-4 (non ex version), and a Tamron AF 75-300mm f/4.0-5.6 LD Macro.

Entire package for only $418.

The second package:
Tamron 19-35mm + tokina 24-200mm + 50 f1.8 for only 559.

The third package:

sigma 18-50mm f/3.5-5.6 DC and 55-200mm f/4-5.6 DC + canon 50mm F/1.8 + sigma 28 -70 F/2.8-4(non ex) for $450

The fourth package
sigma 18-50 & 55-200 + sigma 70-300 APO Macro for $490

DO you think i should do it? I do want something with longer reach but I'm probably going to use it once in a blue moon.

As long as the lenses are better than the kit lens and have nothing seriously wrong with them I don't really mind.

The third package really calls out to me because I get two lens for low light and two regular lenses for daylight use and it covers basically every focal length I need

I have one bit of info to share with you in my limited experience as a DRebel owner of 4 months. I've had the Tamron 28-75 XR-Di 2.8 since I bought the camera, and although at first I was not thrilled with it, turns out I use it almost exclusively now for indoor, around the house , at basketball games, etc. I love the 2.8 throughout the focal length. I did find some of the images soft at first due to it being so wide open, but my skill-(read steadiness-) has increased and the 420 ex is a big help, too. Good luck.
