CANON 90 F2.8 SIGMA MACRO AUTO FOCUS (52) APERTURE INOPERATIVE


This was on KEH.com....anyone know what this means? Does it mean the aperture is stuck on 2.8?

I agree with peripatetic. As is means exactly that, it could be in ok shape, everything works fine, it couldmean the glass is scrathed, or theautofocus doesn't work, or any number of other things. You would be taking a chance without further inquiries tofindout the condition of thelens.

Thanks,,,I just didn't understand how they could sell a lens for $10 less than a "like new" condition one if the aperture didn't work...seems to me the lens wouldn't be WORTH $10 if the basic functionality is inoperable.
