Total 'manual' optical manipulation, with a learning curve all their own. Are tilt/shift lenses worth the premium for almost the ultimate in-camera creative control?

Your experiences and pix (especially using the Canon 24mm) most welcome.

This Russian website offers a knockoff for risk takers

Anyone heard of this outfit?

And this Ukranian brand Hartblei

Both much cheaper than Canon, but are the tradeoffs worth it?
