Default Ok Picked up the 18-55 IS Canon ......

Yesterday morning for $65 off of craigs list. It looks brand new nothing wrong at all looks like it just came out of the box. So was it a worthy but and is there anything I can expect from it? It replaces the kit lens( really never used the kit much but have been using a Sogma 20mm F1.8) and I know it isnt a fast lens but figure as 1 of my walk around lens it should do fine.

Thanks for your help

It a decently sharp lens when stop down to f7-8. But I do fine as a walk around lens, it is a bit short, but plenty wide for my shooting.
Super Frequent Flyer, no joke. Ex Patriot and loving it.
