Optics have always been the same. It was the manufacture of the lens with the VC part of it being unreliable. This has since been rectified in newer models.

The VC part is part of the optics.
  • The lens is the thing.

Tried the Tamron 17-50 VC, didn't seem to be sharp to me, that was the first version. Also tiried the Simga 17-50 OS, found that to be a very sharp lens. Ended up with the Canon 17-55IS because it is the wife's lens and that what she wanted and I like to be able to sleep at night.
Comments always welcome.

Canon 18-55 kit lens is good, is 55-250 the IS. Better things to spend more.
When selecting the right Black Leather Trench Coat For Men for you, the first thing to look at is the cwmalls.com coat's length. Men's Lambskin Leather Trench Coat are a better choice if you intend to use it during rainy days.
