Received it yesterday and snapped off a few shots, these are staraight out of the camera no processing just resized. This was the best of the bunch.



20D, aperture priority, f2, 1/8s, 420ex with 80/20 bounce and tripod





Can't wait to try it on some other subjects today

Whew... I'm impressed... Not only a good pic with obviously good lens, but a good photographer-- focus seems to be good, even though DOF is so shallow.

I have much to learn before I can be called that .

The DOF does look too shallow, only the right eye and a few whiskers are in focus.

My niece hates this one, caught her peeking over the back of the couch.
