Hey all

Considering a couple of cheaper lenses (for when the wife uses) for the 20d and was considering

Sigma 18-125 F3.5

or even

Sigma 18-50mm and 55-200mm DC Zoom Lens Kit F/4

But was wondering what everyone else thinks would be a cheap but useful set of lenses for her (some landscape and personal family pics)

Thanks

WC

Have a look at my sample pictures from a 18-125 Sigma on the 10D and Drebel. They are at http://pbase.com/mortain/sigma_18125_examples

These are real world snapshots, not gallery "images" and are there just to show the lens in action, sharpened if necessary, and sometimes too much so. They are all available as full size large images. Please make your mind up, but I do not welcome comments. The lens will not break any records for performance, but it will not break the bank either.

Hope this helps
