About a year ago, I saw a Canon website that showed pictures taken of the same scene with different length lenses. It was a good reference for us newbies as to what a 400mm could do as opposed to a 200mm or a 100mm, etc. Last time I went to the Canon lens website, I couldn't find this page. Has anyone else seen it? Does it still exist?

Thanks.

I can't find it.

I used to refernew camera ownersto it so they would have a better idea of how focal length impacts angle of view for selecting lenses. You could move a slider to increase focal length, and the scene on screen adjusted with it.

If you run across a new link to it, please let us know.

Been using it today. Real helpful tool. Here is a link to it.

http://consumer.usa.canon.com/ir/con...categoryid=149

Then click on the EF Lenses 101 image on the right column and a popup will appearthen click on Focal Length Comparison.
