Great shots! I've been looking for something "longer" than my EFS 60mm macro. This appears to be a real possibility.

I tried the Sigma 105mm micro and I did not like it to much. The Canon 100mm micro was pretty good but not good enough for me. Mabey if I already had a lot of Canon lenses I would of kept it. But I have not liked any of the Canon lenses I have bought and returned them all. Not really because they were bad lenses but not worth the price I was paying for them. Which now brings me to the Sigma EX collection I now have. The 100-300 f/4 is just awesome. And with the 1.4xEX teleconverter, also Sigma, its even better. And this 150mm micro is just breathtaking. I have not been able to put it down since I got it. SHARP,FAST and it even works great with 1.4x tele without a extender tube. You have to have tubes for the tele to work with the 105mm. Thanks for the positive comment. I will be posting more photos in days to come.

Nice pics, I guess no bug will be safe now! Does the 150 have internal focus?

It does have internal focus. Really cool. So far the only thing I do not like about the lens is when you get to its closest focus point, about 10 to 15 inches away from your subject, its really hard to get the auto focus to focus on the subject. When it gets to the focus point it just passes it right up and then passes it up again on the way back. Thank goodness for the full time manual overide. I have found that manual focus is a lot better when your that close anyway. Other than that this is one awsome lens. Thanks for the positive feedback.
