I recently bought the Sigma 18-125 lens for general use after reading way too many forum posts about this lens.I thought other folks might find my initial experience useful, so I've tried to write up an informal review with some sample photos.http://ilind.net/reviews/sigma18-125a.html-Ian Lind

ilind,

Based on your samples, the most soft ones appear to be where there is the least light.

Maybe try sunny day shots/well lit shots. Few lenses perform at their best in low light.

Here's some feedback on your website:

- Somewhat difficult to use. Hard to find the photo examples.

- Has "dead links", ie. links that don't go anywhere (work in progress?)

- Your review would look more professional if you improved your writing style. Too many references to yourself as "I". Too many passive sentences. If you private IM me, I can give you more feedback along these lines.
