Which one is a better lens (sharp, low distortion, high contrast, fast and accurate focus)?

The Tokina is sharper since it's an optimize 'digital' lens

The Sigma however is the only full-frame 12-24mm on the market with a slighly faster and quieter HSM mechanism

-> Check my previous posts with the Sigma 12-24 - How much sharper do you want your lens to be? :-) :G

Are you saying that Tokina is not designed for FF camera and will vignette heavily and has slow AF?

What thread you are referring to? Thanks for comments.
