I want a Wide Angle Converter If i use a Lensmate 52mm adaptor for the Canon WC- DC52A (for the S1) can i use it on my Canon S2 only because the Canon WC- DC58A is £100 & the 52A is only £20

dont really want to be ripped off if i dont have to be :sad:

Sarah, I 'll jump in here even though I don't know anything about the S1 or S2, but, if the S2 takes 58mm accessories then you would need to get a step down adapter ring from 58mm to 52 mm to fit your dc52a, but because of the difference in size going from larger to smaller you may get some vignetting. I hope this is understandable. Edit: you might want to ask this question in the Canon forum also.

I just got myself a Raynox 720 for £10 on Ebay :-)tonight saves me having to buy from the US or £100 on Canon be grateful you dont live in London where there is no choice at all :roll:
