Default Canon S900

Hello, I posted a while back about printing digital photos from my Canon Camera and I was told that you can only print the size of the actual photo. So if my photo in photoshop is 300X500 pixels that is the size I will get.

Why is the picture so much blurrier when I print? Is there a way to correct this, or can I make the photo smaller or bigger?

Thank you, I am guess I am looking for general printing tips because I would like to have photo quality prints.

I don't know what camera you have but I printed 4 different 8 X 10 with my s900 today and they looked beautiful. I was using the canon g3 for a couple of them and two were scans off of another picture for a friend to send to someone. And yes he owned the photos they were not purloined. Why use photoshop to print for most things the canon utilites that came with the camera work as good as any, and there is always quimage pro. one of the best. You just need to find a friend that lives close to show you how to do the printing.
