Default Help! Anyone experienced unreadable jpg's?

A strange problem has occured with a few of my jpg's from my A70.

I transfered them to computer, and viewed with Zoombrowser OK. But some days later I can't open them in any program.

Zoombrowser and IrfanView says: Can't read file header ! Unknown file format ! (I have not modified them in any way - Still the original date for the file).

Have any of you experienced "corrupted" files like that - and what can I do?

Try renaming the files!

Open Explorer

Go to Tools - Folder Options - View

Turn OFF the "hide fileextensions for known filetypes".

Click OK

Now go to your pics and rename them.
Then try open them again.

I had this problem too after a HD crash!
