My Camera is in for repair for the 3rd time.
When I phone to enquire they are so rude and un concerened it's as if they are doing me a favour.
This time it took them over 2 weeks to get around to look at my camera, and then they decided they would replace it, and have now just told me that it could be 2 to 4 weeks for a replacement to be found.
It was interesting they day i took it in for repair, 3 others arrived for repair while i was waiting for the customer before me to be served.
The last 2 to arrive had identiacal models, still in the box which had been purchased within the last 2 weeks and the retailer was not prepared to do anything and sent them direct to Canon.
