Your experience with the Sony batteries is impressive.

I'm looking into getting new ones, and I see on Amazon a 4 pack is $10.34.

Where did you get yours, what price and what charger are you using?

What voltage would be set for the S3IS? I sure like the size of that generic unit compared to the Canon CA-PS700. I can get that at a site mentioned in another forum for a little less money but much more bulky.

This forum does have spell check (the little "abc" icon on the task bar). However, it will only appear if you are using IE or any IE based browser (i.e. Maxthon, Avant, etc.). If you use Firefox (and I'm not sure about Nestcape but I'd guess it falls into the same category as FF), the spell check is not available.

In FF you can install a spell checking add on.
