My Canon SD 100 has been wonderful for many years. But the last time I turned it on (no prior problems), after the initial blue Canon start-up screen, the LCD Monitorwent (and stayed)blank for any of the shooting modes. (It works fine for replaying shots in the memory.) The battery is fully charged and there is plenty of room on the memory card. Any suggestions (or just -- time to buy a new camera)? Thank you.

Wow! Thanks so much. I never would have found that service notice. I hope I can return the favor some day. Again, many thanks.
