Default Got my Canon G5 last week

Last week I got my Canon G5. I spent a good deal of time with the manual, and then got out there and took some pics over the weekend. I am very happy with the quality of the pictures. The portrait mode works well. I'm going to keep experimenting and see what works best for me and the way I shoot. But basically this is just an endorsement for the G5.

congrats to you G5!
Damn, if it wasn't that much expensive, I'd have one too. I heard and saw a lot good things about it.

Alright but I have to warn you, my shots are very practical and mostly pretty specific. Although I hope I can learn to come close to the creativity and artistry that many of you guys display.

This is from the top of Stratton Mountain in Vermont, looking down to their village and golf course.
