I got the sunpak close up lens set and the polar and uv set.
I got them from a camera supply shop in fort worth.
So much cheaper than canon. I have not had any issues with these "SUNPAK" lenses.
Good luck....

If you don't mind me asking, what power are the closeup lenses, how much was the closeup set, and what camera shop (I'm in Irving). I use reversed slr lenses for macro but they are very powerfull and I was kind of thinking of something less powerfull to compliment it. The canon tc-dc52 is one of the best values out there for a teleconverter, but the canon closeup lens is a little pricey, even compared to good brands like hoya.

I already have 4 tele lenses. Two are camcorder lenses. while the image clarity is not exceptional, they are usable and combinded, I can reach out there pretty far.

Wide is the camera at wide angle, 3x is the a70 at full optical zoom,3.8x+3.55x+1.5 is the camera at 3.8x (a little digital zoom to avoid vinyetting) and both camcorder lenses. Ignore the pics that are not of the car. I acidentally mixed two galeries.
One is a kenko sgt-20. This telephoto makes a good fisheye lens (distortion is that bad). I got it new for 20$ though, so no big loss.
The last is a pheonix 2x. Even though it was more expensive than the canon, I do not think the image quality is as good compared to shots I have seen with the canon lens. I bought it instead of the canon because it had front filter threads though I wish I would have bought the canon instead.
