I have just bought the Canon s5is, previously I have used the D10. I want to get a good wide angle lens for this camera. Short of buying the Canon WC-DC58A what is a good lens for this camera.

madpie-

Some folks have been able to adapt the Olympus Wide Angle lens. However, almost everyone agrees that the Canon Wide Angle lens is the way to go. Yes, you can find wide angle lenses over on flea-bay, but unfortunately, most are extremely low in optical quality, making them a total waste of good money.

Thank you Sarah,

style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000"I am going to Rwanda to photograph the silverback gorillas and really wanted to make sure I was taking good equipment as this is probably a once in a lifetime experience.
