What programs are used to edit video shoot with Canon digital still cameras?

Any program will do. I personally use Windows Movie Maker and Nero Vision. There are much better choices but for what I do they are ok.

Are you using a still camera to shoot video?

I am shopping for a Canon Elph.

Trying to decide on which one.

Yes, I am using a Powershot A610. I mostly take pictures but at times I shoot some videos to share later. But since the video files from this camera are so huge I edit to join a few related videos into one and to make the file size smaller and better for sharing over the Internet.
