Default PowerShot S230 Digital Elph-older model, but still great

I recently bought a PowerShot S230 Digital Elph for $20 second hand .

Note the above is the name used North America, mine is called a Digital IXUS v3, which is the named used in Europe and Australia.

It is old-only 3.2MP, but still takes nice looking photos.
It doesn't have any aperture or shutter priority modes, but does have custom WB, and a long shutter function.

As I said it does not feature a dedicated shutter priority mode, though when adjusting the exposure compensation, the shutter speed can be adjusted if the long shutter option is turned on.

It's very beautiful looking-has a metal body:

A camera is a tool. If the S-230 pleases you and produces the image that you desire, you have a winner. Enjoy. Photography is all about the joy of capturing the desired image. If you have winner, rejoice, and enjoy.

Have a great day.
