Default G11 viewfinder

I am considering the G11 for a walk-around point and shoot. I must have an optical viewfinder. Is the G11 viewfinder as limited as the reviews and shooter experiences say? Thanks.

It is a tunnel zoom VF, not really that useful and it is kinda small also. But you will not find to many pns with VF's anymore. So the G11 is one of the few. It only gives you about 70% of the actual frame. So it not the best, considering most dslr give 95-100% view. Something you may want to factor in when using.
