All your pictures are amazing and your posts have answered alot of the questions I had with this camera.

So I bought the Canon sx40 hs about 4 weeks ago and have hit the ground running learning all I can about photography, I want to share some photos as soon as I can. I tried to today but they'll need to be resized first lol.

A bit excited with the 35x zoom. I have marked the zoomed in point in the first picture. Noise and the amount of detail captured looks quite good. The first sloppy pic is just to show the wide end.

The SX40hs is a fine camera- and given the recent introduction of the SX50hs, the older model can be purchased at very good prices.
