Those are some great pictures! I just purchased a Canon SX40 HS and I can't wait to start playing around with it. I am going to need a lot of help, though.

I got a SX30IS and the only problem is the speed ... take forever to recover from the last pic. i heard the 40HS take 8 frames per sec ... but this is a mode or i can press over and over like the DSLR?

Hi felipy2K- the SX40 can shoot an 8 frame burst at the rate of 10.3fps- in other word,8 frames in roughly 0.8 secs. If you want to shoot continuously,there is 2.5fps available.

so i think thats the only thing i miss in the sx30is ... i gonna sell it and buy the 40 HS.
