Well after investigating, I think that is a good old "Google Flop". It seems the link should say SX260 and SX40, not 240. THANK YOU GOOGLE, fix your crap.

Is this camera (240) still available?
Even Canon's site can't find it.

No SX240-HS in the States to be had.
Thanks for the head's up.

Hey SIMON40,

I don't even know what a GPS would do for me in a Camera...help me find my car? I'm sure it's something I wouldn't need.

I'm really torn between the 110 or the 260 that I posted some specs about. Leaning towards the 110 due to it's smaller size.

Thanks

Yeah, Canada seems to have everything. You can even search Amazon's Canadian site... http://www.amazon.ca/ (maybe they'll have it).

No Way...Never! It's Amazon, or B&H Photo Video, maybe even OneCall or ABT Electronics (some great sites), but NEVER eBay.

Well they did have it...for $344.00 CA plus freight.
I was looking for a rather inexpensive super zoom to supplement my S-95.
Oh well no great loss.
Thanks for the link.

The first seller in the list, stated $289 Inc S&H. But maybe that price is for Canada, I imagine there would be some U. S. duty tacked on. You don't get no breaks in the Obomanation. Vote for: Clint Eastwood, he will make our day.

I think it would wind up less when you paid for it on your credit card. I don't know what the rate is, but I am sure you would pay the USA equivalent for it.
