Default A40 VS S400 VS40

Hi,

am looking for a point and shoot camera, and many wondering which is produces a better picture quality.

The A40 is an older model and 2 megapixels. The others are 4 megapixels and newer models, with the S400 being the newest of the three. You did not mention budget, what you'll be taking photos of mostly, etc etc., so simply based on three model numbers given, the S400 might be the route to go, though this may vary depending on your intended use, etc.
