Default S45 blue pixel problem

I recently purchased the canon s45 from amazon.com. I noticed a blue 6x3 pixel spot on my lcd, which also showed up on my pictures. I returned it, and received a new one which has the exact same problem but at a different spot. Should I try to return it for a third time or just live with it. It's barely noticable in some shots, but if it shows up on someones face or eye thats a different story.
Heres a blown up picture of it.

any suggestions?

Would you buy a new car with a 6 x 3 blue ding on it?
