Default Canon A80- Conversion Lens

Hello I just purchased a Canon A80 and love it. I'm now trying to by some accessories for the camera. I was looking on Ebay at the conversion lens. Now the one that Canon sells is the Tele Converter Lens TC-DC52A, but there are serveral ebay sellers that are selling a 37 mm, saying that the TC-DC52A, blocks the flash. Has anyone experienced this? And if I bought the 37mm, would it be able to connect to the telephoto and close up lens? Thanks for your help.

Indeed the conversion lenses do block the flash. In fact you should use a separate flash, but this is impossible with the A80. Use a G50. But, in many cases you can still make your pictures with the available light.
